A sticky situation
8/31/2024 Update:
Yo, I've done a few bug fixes including enemy AI and combat music! I felt really bad for not being able to implement the combat music into the game before the deadline because I think Koushy did a really good job making it. So if you.. well survive long enough, you can listen to it now :D
Anyway here's what I've done:
- Fixed enemy AI
- Polished enemy AI. They can now actually kill you.
- Combat music
- Player can now walk through enemies
- Player will now automatically consume or pick up slime when scaling without it falling on the floor
- Player can no longer throw their last slimeball
- Added new short music for the intro (Thanks Koushy! :D)
- Updated player sprites
I'm planning to work on this game a bit more to make it.. well more interesting. As of right now the current plan is following:
- Revamp enemy combat to make it feel more challenging and enjoyable for the player and less like a hassle to get to next area
- Add proper puzzle rooms and multiple puzzle elements
- Proper level design
If I do manage to get something that looks and feels nice, I'll add more story and other stuff to it.

GMTK 2024 gamejam game :D
You are a brat who owns the entire sewer turf for herself (as the place is uninhabitable from the stank). One day you notice a group of soldiers securing the area with hi-tech searching gear.
Here you will encounter enemies on the battlefield. You will have a certain amount of slimes with you.
You will have a limit to what amount of slime you can withhold.
To eliminate the enemies you throw slimes at them slowly by time at the expense of your health it will eliminate the enemy once the total amount has been reached the enemy will drop more slime when they die and those slime will replanish your health and making you bigger. Simply think of a bar that bar will go on slowly but stop until more slimes have been thrown

Hamburger.
I got a little lost and wasn't really sure what I was supposed to do, but the throwing mechanic was really fun.
It's quite fun to defeat the enemies by throwing goo at them from afar. I wish there were more mechanics tied to taking the slime away, like narrow doors you can't fit through otherwise.
the game alright. i love the throwing mechanic however i feel lost playing the game
